Through discernment, encouragement, and engagement, we’ve worked since 2004 to promote sustainability by sharing best practices and shining a light on people doing good things in our community.

What is Sustainability?

A History of caring about a sustainable future

Longbow has worked since 2004 to promote sustainability through partnerships and connections with green building and responsible stewardship of our local environment and ecosystem.

As Director Marketing for Community Greenhouse Foundation, we promoted projects and partnerships with USCGB, Southface Institute, Georgia Tech Research Institute, in local communities and with the LEED certification process, EPA’s Energy Star, Water Sense, and Water Wise.

We’ve advocated and promoted digital use and paperless office connected to the healthcare industry before HIPAA was enacted and to current day. Our knowledge of HIPAA and marketing in the healthcare industry, especially the pay-side, is extensive.

We created an partnered with industry to promote best practices for printed materials, from the demand-side, via marketing and outreach, why and when we print, limiting paper use and ink coverage, to cleaning up print shops, inks and solvents they use.

We’ve built and operated online publications that promote best practices for Sustainability at the local level.
